I would have to disagree on the birth classes. Our Bradley classes were great and did prepare us for giving birth naturally. Unfortunately, I don’t think my baby was ever going to come out vaginally without some complications but we were certainly prepared for laboring until things went away from our plan. I definitely think that the classes made me less apprehensive about giving birth in general and I didn’t fear anything going into it.

Congrats! My delivery wasn’t at all like my birth plan too. I have realized that the childbirth class didn’t really help and have told friends to just take a breastfeeding class. I told everyone just listen to what the nurse tells you to do!

Then, as he grows up, waiting to walk, waiting to sleep through the night, waiting for him to talk, waiting at 2am for him to come home, waiting for him to go off to college, waiting for him to come home and and visit…

As for your love of naps, I think it entirely depends on:
1. If it’s you taking them or me.
and
2. How long the to-do list is

In the meantime, I can’t wait to get home and take a nap with you. It’s almost quittin’ time.

I love the room! We have the same glider for our baby’s room and it’s pretty comfy. The arms have helped with breastfeeding.
